| The Registry Collection Adds 14 New Affiliates to its Exchange Program |

The Registry Collection program continues to grow its network of affiliated properties with the addition of 14 newly affiliated resorts since the beginning of 2011, including 10 new affiliations in North America and the Caribbean. Under the RCI umbrella, The Registry Collection program offers members access to more than 180 world-class properties available for exchange or under development in approximately 35 countries.

Since its inception in 2002, The Registry Collection program has grown to become the world's largest luxury exchange program and now helps send more than 33,000 member families on vacation to luxury resorts located in popular destinations across six continents. Last year The Registry Collection added ten new resorts.
