| Stephanie Papaioannou Named Managing Director of the A & K Residence Club |

Geoffrey Kent, Chairman and CEO of Abercrombie & Kent, announced that Stephanie Papaioannou has been promoted to Managing Director of the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club, the largest equity-based destination club in the industry. Club members have access to a global portfolio of travel experiences that include private residences, European villas and urban apartments, along with Abercrombie & Kent travel.
“Stephanie joined the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Member Services and Hospitality. Her team successfully merged the operations of two recently-acquired residence clubs with the Abercrombie & Kent equity model, while achieving a membership satisfaction rating of more than 95%,” Kent said. “As Managing Director, she will now be responsible for all aspects of Club operations.” She will continue to report to Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club President Scott Wiseman. Stephanie Papaioannou was previously Executive Director of the Harper Alliance and Vice President of Andrew Harper Inc. Her extensive experience in the travel industry included working as a Planning Manager for Abercrombie & Kent and with companies specializing in non-profit and affinity marketing, including international meeting and incentive travel. A graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in Political Science and Economics, she spent two years travelling around the world to pursue her passion for travel.
