Ritz-Carlton club is the fractional or private residence club side of the Ritz brand.

Their latest club is at The Abaco Club on Winding Bay. Members at this club can choose to stay at four property types:

* Cabanas
* Two- to three-bedroom cliff-side cottages
* Four-bedroom fairway villas
* Three-bedroom beachfront cottages

Membership is based on a points system. So you purchase a certain number of points to join and then each property you stay in costs a certain number of points depending on the size of property and the time of year.

Have you seen any other groups using a points based system for a fractional or residence club ?
