Yes, Villa Petrischio had an arrangement previously with High Country Club. They rented a villa for thier protfolio. That lease is now over.

Villa Petrischio is now selling the villas in 1/12th and 1/8th fractions and is affiliated to The Registry Collection. We are really excited about this property and The Manzano Golf Resort. They are both beautiful properties in a great destination.
