On the Portuguese island of Madeira, the Palheiro Village and Estate is offering quarter ownership in one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom villas.

Each Owner enjoys three months occupancy per year, with a rotating system of use so that, over a four-year period, each owner has the same benefits of use and enjoys the property in each month of the year.

Property purchase costs (conveyance tax, registration and notarial fees) are included in the price and there is a full property management service on site.
