The recent winners at this years Fractional Life Awards showed the popularity of Tuscany and Vail, with Timbers Resorts coming out as the top developer.

Timbers won the accolade for Innovation and Excellence, and two of it's developments won individual awards. Castello di Casole in Tuscany won the Best Fractional Development EMEA and the Readers Choice award and The Sebastien in Vail won the Best Private Residence Club.

Fulvio di Rosa won the Services to the Industry award, he is the driving force behind the restorded medieval hamlet Borgo di Vagli in Tuscany. Back in Vail, The Four Seasons won the Best Fractional Development US, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean award.
