Manzano Golf Resort will be the first-ever golf resort in Cortona. It will span approximately 200 acres and will include an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gary Player Design, a four star luxury hotel with 40 rooms, and 36 fractional units of high level architectonic and furniture design.

The Resort consists of a central core complex (approx. 12 acres), encircled by the greens of the golf course, and the vineyards of the Tuscan landscape.

The Resort is positioned centrally within an area rich in history and culture. Due to its easy accessibility (motorway Roma -Milano, and highway Perugia - Siena), the Resort's guests will be able to access additional golf courses and the foremost sightseeing cities, such as Perugia, Siena, Firenze, Roma, Pisa, Assisi and, of course, the enchanting Cortona. Each villa will maintain spectacular views of Cortona and of the golf course. The project fuses traditional Italianate components, such as Tuscan terracotta floors, chestnut doors, and wooden beamed ceilings, with modern design elements, such as a centrally-positioned fireplace in the living room. In addition to these features, the units include classical furniture, LCD TV, Hi-Fi stereo, satellite TV, and high-speed Internet connection.

Though owners will own 1/8 fractions, they will, essentially be, the whole owner while in-residence.
