This new development of fractional homes is called Victoria Woods at Providence. The homes are large 4,000 sq ft single family homes with 1/12 deeded ownership.

The four-bedroom Victorian style homes are located just minutes from Disney World in Orlando. Set in a master-planned 2,200 acre country club community, owners receive a Providence Golf Club Membership and have access to pools, tennis courts and a gym.

Each owner has 2 weeks between November and April "Winter/Spring Season" and a second 2 weeks between May and October "Summer/Fall Season". The 2 weeks in Summer/Fall Season are blocked together and are 2 separated weeks in the Winter/Spring Season. Owners can also exchange time with each other, can rent out their weeks or may trade through the Registry Collection.
