FractionalReport is committed to protecting our users' privacy. This statement is meant to inform our users of how we define, gather and use personally identifiable information. FractionalReport will take reasonable steps to protect user privacy consistent with the guidelines set forth in this policy and the applicable laws.

Anonymous Information
Cookies: A cookie is a small file, stored on your hard drive, that is used to track your visits. FractionalReport uses both persistent and session cookies. A persistent cookie remains on a user's hard drive for authentication purposes, while a session cookie is temporary file and is only used to track a given visit. FractionalReport uses persistent cookies to link visitors to their registration information that allows our system to confirm a user's identity and access level on the site. Personal Information Collected
FractionalReport collects personal information supplied by visitors who register. That information lets us better tailor our content to visitor interests and helps our advertisers better understand the audience they are reaching. Most of FractionalReport is free and is supported by paid content and sponsorships from our advertisers.

Sharing Information
We may provide summary reports to the companies that put information into our database. The type of information included in a summary report is "1,000 people looked at your information this week, and of those people 70% clicked through to read the full report." The companies that put content into the database need this information to determine how effective their content is. We don't tell the content companies specifically who it was that saw or clicked on their reports unless you have specifically told us this is acceptable.

FractionalReport discloses aggregated user statistics (for example, 25% of our users are interested in Properties in the North East) in order to describe our services to prospective partners, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.

FractionalReport may share personal information collected when a visitor registers or logs in to access vendor content. The vendor's use of that personal information is governed by the vendor's privacy policy and may be used for follow up by telephone, email or other common methods. You should contact these vendors directly if you have any questions about their use of this information.

FractionalReport does not share any of your personally identifiable information with any person or entity, unless you register to access specific content or if you register for our Newsletters.

Registration Password
Your Personal Information is password-protected to control access to this personal information. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. FractionalReport never asks for passwords in unsolicited phone calls or unsolicited emails. Remember to sign out and close your browser window when you have finished. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information if you share a computer with someone else, or are using a computer in a public place such as a library.

Opting Out
FractionalReport will only use your personal information for the purposes listed above or subsequently authorized by you. Business Transfers
If all or part of FractionalReport is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, the Personal Information and Activity Data that you have provided to us may be transferred as part of that transaction. In these circumstances, FractionalReport will take steps to ensure that the personal information is used by its successor in a manner that is consistent with the FractionalReport User Agreement in effect at the time FractionalReport received the information.
