This residence club is on a private beachfront 10 acre resort enclave on the Baie des Flamands, St Barts.

The club has one and two bedroom villas sold in 1/10 interests. Members have one fixed winter week each year and can then use 28 other days throughout the year.

The club has a sister club on Pond Bay, St John which is due ro open in 2009. Both clubs are part of the FOLIO Collection.
