In a sign of the times 4 fractional shares in Bighorn Meadows on the Springs Golf Resort in Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia, are being auctioned on May 30.

The fractions will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price.

The two 1/4 shares are for one bedroom residences, with a "market value" of C$180k.

The two 1/8 shares are for two bedroom residences, with a "market value" of C$90k.
