As a fractional developer in Paris, I have always believed that more information is better than no information. If a visitor is interested, they will be eager to understand and educate themselves. This is particularly true of fractional ownership, which is a relatively new concept to most people. "Hiding the ball", particularly in Internet marketing, serves only to raise concerns that there is something the developer does not want the visitor to know about their product, be it price, availability or legal concerns. Overcoming this uncertainty with full disclosure may result in informational overload to the prospective buyer, but creates a sense of transparency that ultimately benefits both parties.
