His main aim was to note that there is essentially no consumer financing for fractional purchases, and so the developers who will succeed are those that can provide seller financing.

Of course Bob is the man to help you structure that seller financing and can help developers create a "note portfolio".

As he put it "The consumer finance solution for 2009 is seller financing."
