Italian Residence Clubs announces LIMITED "Founders Club" Villa and Vineyard ownership in Tuscany starting at $150,000
As of June 1st, Italian Residence Clubs will be releasing LIMITED "Founders Club" Villa Ownership programs that include ownership and benefits in one of Cortona's most famous vineyards. Wine Spectator has consistantly rated these wines in the 94-96 range.

Property owners have a choice of 7 floor plans in our historic villas, farmhouses and mansions all with spectacular views of Cortona, Montepulciano the vineyard and 18 hole Gary Player Design golf course. Immediate occupancy is available in some villas with many more scheduled for completion in the fall. Only 25 Founders Club offerings will be available.

Italian Residence Clubs is hosting wine events in major US and European cities to promote its Fractional Villa and Vineyard ownership in Tuscany.

These events will allow interested clients to learn about the wine that is being produced on the vineyard and get an indepth look at every aspect of ownership and the lifestyle being offered in a beautiful setting right where they live.

We are fortunate to be partners with Massimo d'Alessandro and his vineyard. The famous Il Bosco and Cortona Syrahs are produced there as well as the highly acclaimed Fontarca, white wine.
