Steamboat Today reported on the first closings at One Steamboat Place which included 10 residence club fractional sales totalling $4.45m.

The residence club sales all ranged from $415,000 to $495,000. All 10 of them were for four-bedroom, four-bath condominiums.

The 42 residence club condos were originally being marketed as one-eighth shares and 1/12 shares were also introduced in 2008.

“We’re very, very proud of what we’ve accomplished," said Keith Marlow, Director of Sales at Timbers Resorts the developer.

The first member guests have already arrived.

The project is close to selling out. The remaining 1/8th four-bedroom residential deeded interests are available for $580,000. The 1/12th three- bedroom residential deeded interests are available for $350,000. The remaining whole-ownership residences range in size from 2,500- to 3,500-square-feet and range in price from $3.05 million to $3.15 million.
