The Nantucket newspaper "The Inquirer and Mirror" has an article on developments on the island including Harborview Place. Entitled
"New trend in luxury living sprouting up downtown" it includes:
“You can come home and not lift a finger,” said Mitch Willey, the developer of the 10-unit Harborview Place on Commercial Wharf off Washington Street and the founder of Time & Place Homes, a luxury vacation-rental company. “It was a natural conclusion from that business that there’s a lot of people who want to come to Nantucket, stay in a beautiful home and have all the services of a hotel and concierge service. They don’t have to worry about landscaping, the fridge is already stocked and the boat captain is ready.”
The article quotes the pricing as "a one-eighth fractional ownership starts at $525,000 for a two-bedroom unit, while the most popular option, the one-quarter share, is $950,000, Willey said. Whole ownership of a one-bedroom unit is priced at $2.6 million."
