Here's a really simple but effective idea that Borgo di Vagli in Italy are using. Run a monthly competition with your owners submitting photographs from around your development.

You then pick a winner or two and award them a prize. In the case of Borgo di Vagli the prize is simply a bottle of fine wine, presented to the winning photographer on their next visit to their fractional home.

This is really simple but does a lot of things:

• gets you great content that you can use on your website, print materials etc
• gives you an excuse to send out an email to members and prospects showing them a wonderful photo or two of your property or the area
  
• shows that current owner members care and have an interest in their fractional home, and to some extent shows they take pride in their home. This is partly what makes it a good communcation tool.
