Fractional Ownership in Authentic Tuscany Print E-mail

According to the International Herald Tribune, the architect Fulvio Di Rosa does not agree with the recent trend of creating lavish, over-the-top projects for fractional ownership.

In an article this week the IHT quoted the architect as saying "The cultural experience matters more than how many stars a place has".

Fulvio has recently restored a 14th century hamlet near Cortona in Italy. The one-tenth fractions start at Euro 60k for a one bedroom and Euro 92k for a two bedroom.

The development is surrounded by olive groves, fruit trees and oak trees and has retained the low entry ways and stone lintels. Owners at Borgo di Vagli have views of the rolling tuscan hills.

So how much do you agree, do you want both genuine culture and a full service five star experience ? Have your say in our fractional forums.
