Timbers Resorts and Auberge Resorts join up again for a second time after partnering at Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, one of the top resort destinations in the world.

With a total of 12 spacious, luxury villas, The Villas at Rancho Valencia are created for people who yearn to be a part of one of the country's most affluent and desirable communities, combined with a resort setting with the services and amenities Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa is known for.

The Villas are located on the grounds of Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa, which gives Owners access to all of the resort facilities including elegant dining venues, 18 tennis courts, acclaimed spa with 10 luxurious treatment salons, modern fitness facility, two swimming pools, 12,000 square feet of meeting and function spaces and acres of beautiful landscaped grounds to hike, bike and relax in.

Reminiscent of traditional California haciendas, The Villas feature custom furnishings, hand-painted tiles and private garden patios. Each Villa is comprised of 3,500 square-feet of indoor and outdoor living space; three bedrooms; three and one-half baths; private entry court; jetted plunge pool; indoor and outdoor fireplaces and patio grill. Furnishings reflect the gracious style of the popular Casitas at Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa. The finest finishes, appliances and appointments create a distinctive personality for each Villa and the architecture blends flawlessly into the surrounding environment. Additionally, a private clubhouse and pool are available exclusively for Owners' use.

According to a recent press release, the current price per deeded residential interest is $515,000, a fraction of the cost most people pay to live in Rancho Santa Fe, or own vacation homes that may stand empty most of the year. All Villas are available to all Owners. Owners request four pre-planned week-long vacation periods for each calendar year. This leaves nearly 40 percent of the year unreserved and accessible to Owners on a space-available and short notice basis as often as they wish and at no additional cost.
