Based on a strong track records at Timbers' own intimate, private, luxury resort properties in Cabo San Lucas, Snowmass, Scottsdale, Tuscany, St. Thomas, Steamboat Springs and Napa, Timbers Resorts will now oversee all real estate operations for The Villas at Rancho Valencia, a residential component of Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa managed by Auberge Resorts in Rancho Santa Fe, California. Timbers Resorts and Auberge Resorts join up again for a second time after partnering at Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, one of the top resort destinations in the world. With a total of 12 spacious, luxury villas, The Villas at Rancho Valencia are created for people who yearn to be a part of one of the country's most affluent and desirable communities, combined with a resort setting with the services and amenities Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa is known for. The Villas are located on the grounds of Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa, which gives Owners access to all of the resort facilities including elegant dining venues, 18 tennis courts, acclaimed spa with 10 luxurious treatment salons, modern fitness facility, two swimming pools, 12,000 square feet of meeting and function spaces and acres of beautiful landscaped grounds to hike, bike and relax in.
