80/50 Mammoth is the most recent development from Meridian Development, LLC whose LA-based principals are William Boehringer and Sean Combs. Both Boehringer and Combs share more than 30 years combined experience building custom homes and luxury multi-family residences in Los Angeles and Orange County, California and Aspen, Colorado. In 2001 Boehringer and Combs joined forces in order to expand Boehringer's Coast Pacific Asset Management (CPAM) business model from the single-family/ multi-family home market to Meridian Group, LLC which designs, builds and sells all properties under the 80/50 Private Residence Club (PRC) banner.
